The Claremont Corredoras are a group of girls that come together to run, talk and share our ideas on being creative, joyful, confident girls.
Green Kids is an enriching after school program to grow in awareness of the environment around us, to help make the school a greener environment, and to take this awareness out into the wider community as more engaged citizens.
Odyssey of The Mind
Odyssey is an international educational program that provides creative problem-solving opportunities for students from kindergarten through college. Team members apply their creativity to solve problems that range from building mechanical devices to presenting their own interpretation of literary classics.
The Orff Ensemble consists of 2 groups, fourth and fifth grade students who have been meeting to rehearse with Dr. Larco and Ms. Brown throughout the year. The Orff Ensemble plays xylophones, metalophones, glockenspiels, marimbas, as well as other forms of percussion instruments.
Safety patrols at Claremont assist students arriving and departing from school each day. Among other duties, they help with morning recess, help with assemblies and monitor hallways .
Student Council Association (SCA)
The SCA is a student organization that works in the best interests of the student body, while also helping our community. Claremont SCA plans activities and charitable events that add to the student experience.
Worldwide helpers is a club that seeks to help others in need in our community and beyond. We also help the school community to become involved in giving projects all throughout the school year.
Y.E.S. Club meets every Monday afternoon with their Y.E.S. Club mentors to work on a variety of projects, games and activities. Service projects, homework help, family activities and field trips are a part of each year’s schedule.
